Ireoluwa Giwa-Osagie — known as Photosagie — is a Lagos-based photographer, film director, and creative director working at the intersection of music, fashion, and visual culture. His work spans album artwork, press photography, music videos, editorial campaigns, and brand identity — built over a decade of proximity to Nigeria's most significant creative moments.
He founded The Hybrids Space as the physical infrastructure for the creative community he was already embedded in: a production-grade studio environment built to give artists and brands the conditions to work without compromise. The studio and the photographer are inseparable — one creates the work, the other creates the conditions for it.
The name Photosagie is not a brand. It is a record of presence. Every frame is a document of the artist, the moment, and the intention behind it.
Milestones
What I Do
A decade across Nigeria's most significant creative spaces — press floors, album sessions, film sets, and brand campaigns. The work lives at the intersection of every frame.
Press, editorial, album art, commercial, and portrait — a director's eye applied to every still. For artists, brands, and publications that need images that hold.
Music videos, short films, brand documentaries, and visual narratives. Concept to final cut — the kind of direction that gives a project a clear point of view.
Visual identity, campaign concepting, lookbooks, and art direction. For artists and brands that need someone who can translate a feeling into a coherent visual world.
One-on-one creative sessions — portfolio reviews, project direction, career strategy, or just a focused conversation with someone who has been in the rooms. For creatives ready to level up.
Photography and filmmaking workshops for individuals, teams, and brands. Practical, honest, and built around real creative challenges — not theory for theory's sake.
Brand partnerships, creative collabs, press features, and co-productions. Open to work that makes sense — reach out and let's see what we can build together.
